About Purrpetual Boarding Cattery
This boutique cattery is owned and operated by Twink McCabe who lives next door in the dome house you can see in the photograph! Living on site provides the greatest continuity and security.
Twink has had 26 years in cat management including 22 years as a breeder of top show quality pedigree cats. Her contribution includes introducing three new breeds to New Zealand - the Ocicat, (1990), The LaPerm (1997) and The Munchkin (1998).
Purrpetual caters for just 19 cats in winter and up to 30 in summer. Situated in quiet rural surroundings - the cattery is comfortable and well appointed with between 1 and 3 cats per room.
Our rates are reasonable with generous discounts for longer stays and include the best food, pure filtered water, grooming if required and of course, lots of cuddles. The cattery is also heated in winter.
The conservatory and the Tree house are two additional outdoor areas offered during the warmer months. See the "more cattery pictures" page.
Medications, including injections, can be expertly administered if required.
Being away from home can be a stressful time for cats and there is no doubt that your cat will miss you. Purrpetual Cattery strives to make their stay as stress free as possible by providing cosy home-like quarters, good food and just as important, every cat deserves, and is given, our undivided love and attention.

Cattery is situated about 7 kms to the west of Albany off the Paremoremo Road; take Attwood Road on left and Chatham Ave is first right. Look out for our dome house - the cattery is right next door.
